We'll be showing our creations inspired by Kaleidoscope, IFF's unique methodology for analyzing and interpreting consumer trends.  We don't want to give it away, but think of camping, healthy and nostalgic indulgence, extraordinary cheese, and buzz-worthy tail mix!

The show is over, the swag packed away in our bags and most of the team is back home.  We thought this would be a good time to recap the show, post a few more pictures, and give a few more thoughts on one of our favorite industry events of the year.

The Research Chefs Association Annual Meeting is always a high spot for us. A lot of time and effort goes into creating amazing small bites, sweets, and beverages that visitors to our booth love. And we love the chance to meet with our fellow chefs, customers, and the press.
